Software Licenses for the MAC

In response to requests for a list of software programs available for the Mac, University Computing offers the following Licensing:

Campus-wide Licensing - University Computing

MAC OSX and upgrades

Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac

Norton AntiVirus v. 10 for Mac

GroupWise v7.0 for Mac

Standalone Licensing (not concurrent) - University Computing

Adobe products are not licensed campus wide. University Computing will pay for an Adobe license if there is justification for the use of the software. For further information, please contact Jeff Overholtzer, Acting Director, Technology Integration Group, 458-8440.

“Work-at-Home” Agreement – media available at the Bookstore

University Computing’s Microsoft contract also allows for faculty/staff to install Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac at home by signing a "Work-at-Home" Agreement, available at the Bookstore, along with copies of the media.
