Schedule changes

Always check the hunt line -- 540-462-1113. In case of bad weather, it's likely that we will change the location of the meet. We may change the time of the meet. This information is generally on the hunt line by 7 or 8 PM the night before we hunt. Occasionally a decision will have to be postponed until the morning of the meet. We recognize that this is inconvenient but sometimes it's unavoidable.

Capping

Capping fee is thirty-five dollars ($35). Guests are limited to three (3) caps per hunting season. There is also a seasonal capping fee. Please talk to one of the club's officers for more information.

Attire

Formal attire is worn for weekend meets. Casual attire is appropriate for Wednesday meets. (Casual attire should be neat and workmanlike. Any standard riding boots are fine. A hunt cap or helmet is required. Many members wear a hacking jacket. Many wear short boots and leggings. Some wear chaps. If it's hot, polo shirts are fine.) Traditional ratcatcher (informal attire) is seldom requested. If it is, any close approximation is fine. A black hunt coat or dark show coat is fine when informal attire is specified.
